For most of my life, I worked at a regular job. And for most of my life, I have NOT done what I loved. Like many people, I did what I had to.

I got up early, came home late, and always felt like I was devoting my life to someone else's dream.

I never spent any time building the future I wanted, never earned as much as I thought I should, and often found myself looking forward to Friday afternoons and dreading Monday mornings.

I knew I wanted something more but had no idea how to get it.

It always struck me as strange that in order to provide for the people we love most in the world, we have to spend most of our waking hours away from them!

And worst of all?

In all that time away, we're almost NEVER doing what WE want. 

There are deadlines we have to meet, set by people we don't really like, doing work that has little meaning to us outside of getting paid.

But we just go on, year after year, trading time for money until our time runs out! 

And for years, I just stayed in that same cycle. I didn't know there was another way! That is, until I had no choice but to make a change.

A few years ago, I took a chance. I decided to take something I loved—music—and create an online course teaching people how to play the piano.

I had no idea if it would work. But within seven days, I had the course completed, uploaded, and ready to sell.

To my surprise, it started selling almost immediately! Why? At the time, I had no idea! But that was just the beginning.

At first, I was limited by the platform I was using, so I decided to take another leap and create my own website. That decision changed everything.
